Return Process

  Log into your VOGRACE account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
